Your relationships impact your health, happiness, and the ability to face hard times. The amount of stress in your relationships might be at an all-time high lately. We offer you science-based practical steps so you can stay connected even when it feels impossible.

This interactive workshop is designed for individuals or couples. You’ll learn Safe Conversations®, which combines relationship education and brain science into a step-by-step dialogue process that creates safety so people can connect.

The workshop will take place on Zoom and will include teaching, demonstrations, and practice times. You’ll be able to interact and ask questions in real-time.

About your trainer:

Chuck Starnes has a Master of Arts degree from Pepperdine University and over 25 years’ experience in pastoral counseling, working with couples. He is a certified Life Coach with Life Purpose Institute of San Diego CA, has a Mediation Certificate from the University of California Hastings School of the Law, and is a certified Crucial Conversations® Trainer. He is a member of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), an organization that provides the highest quality of Clinical Pastoral Education for spiritual care professionals.

Chuck and his wife Sandy have been married for 40 years, have two daughters and two grandchildren, and live in San Jose, California.
