Research has shown that the primary reason for ongoing problems in our organizations and personal lives is not faulty systems or structures, but ineffective communication – conversations that are derailed by people either becoming overly aggressive or withdrawing. The key skill of productive leaders is the ability to fully engage in conversations that are safe and that get results important to everyone. Achieving results while at the same time making relationships stronger.
The practice of Safe Conversations® integrates the three brain lobes and balances the two brain hemispheres making it possible for people to talk without criticism, listen without judgment, and connect beyond differences. This creates a safer world where everyone thrives.
