A 4-hour, live (online) workshop that leads organizations and professionals in the process to transform their work culture from toxic to relational. Facilitated by seasoned executive trainers, participants learn about the root causes of rupture and disconnection in the workplace, and the skills to neutralize it and build connection in its place. Learn the Safe Conversations Dialogue process with two special workplace tools designed to build teamwork and improve problem-solving.
Who is this for? Professionals at all levels from every type of organization will meet in 20-person Learning Cohorts.
