This interactive workshop is designed for individuals or couples. You’ll learn Safe Conversations®, which combines relationship education and brain science into a step-by-step dialogue process that creates safety so people can connect.
The workshop will take place on Zoom and will include teaching, demonstrations, and practice times. You’ll be able to interact and ask questions in real-time.
About Your Trainer
Bridget Jowid is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the North Dallas area. She has been an occupational therapist for over twenty years. She is trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples as well as a Safe Conversations trainer. She is trauma informed, utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and utilizes Neuorptimal Neurofeedback in her treatment plans. Bridget owns her private practice called PATH Counseling and Wellness.
She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families adjusting to life’s many transitions. She recognizes that we each possess the ability to adapt to our different situations in our environments; however, through environmental and relational stressors our adaptations to life can be influenced and altered. She has a special interest in working with individuals, couples, and families adjusting to disabilities and trauma.
Bridget believes in the importance of self-reflection to understand ourselves, so we can recognize and identify new possibilities and options that promote a healthier and happier life. She is a counselor and family therapist that supports hope; a hope for more joy, more happiness, and better communication. Bridget encourages compassion for yourself and others.
