Week of Events
Research has shown that the primary reason for ongoing problems in our organizations and personal lives is not faulty systems or structures, but ineffective communication – conversations that are derailed by people either becoming overly aggressive or withdrawing. The key skill of productive leaders is the ability to fully engage in conversations that safe and respectful regardless of level, and that allow for freedom for all to express ideas. This leads to higher creativity, motivation and commitment which leads to results important to everyone.
This two hour workshop offers an introduction to Safe Conversations. This is a structured process which enables two people to learn how to engage in a safe way, without criticism or judgement.
Imagine feeling truly valued and connected.
