hinder your impact. The Connecting At Work™ program is designed to equip your team with essential Dialogue skills that foster appreciation, empathy, and connection—leading to a more
resilient and engaged organization.
What We Offer
Our Connecting At Work program takes a comprehensive approach, integrating the proven Safe Conversations® Methodology and Tools. Each module builds on the last, ensuring a steady progression that deepens understanding and enhances communication within your team. Participants will receive access to our custom Connecting At Work Dashboard to track their practice between sessions, access support materials, and journal their progress.
Live sessions will occur over Zoom every other Wednesday, January 15 – March 26, 2025 at 11:00 am – 12:30 pm Central Time. Your full participation in each live session is required for course completion.

- Dialogue Laboratory: Elevate your relational competency and experience applying the Safe Conversations Dialogue Methodology to enhance team performance through healthy relationships.
