A 4-hour, live (online) workshop that leads organizations and professionals in the process to transform their work culture from toxic to relational. Facilitated by seasoned executive trainers, participants learn about the root causes of rupture and disconnection in the workplace, and the skills to neutralize it and build connection in its place. Two Safe Conversations Dialogues have been adapted to meet the needs of the workplace, specifically as Team Building and Problem Solving tools.
