Your relationships impact your health, happiness, and the ability to face hard times. The amount of stress in your relationships might be at an all-time high lately. We offer you science-based practical steps so you can stay connected even when it feels impossible.
This interactive workshop is designed for individuals or couples. You’ll learn Safe Conversations®, which combines relationship education and brain science into a step-by-step dialogue process that creates safety so people can connect.
The workshop will take place on Zoom and will include teaching, demonstrations, and practice times. You’ll be able to interact and ask questions in real-time.

About your trainer:
Sonia is an experienced cross-cultural communicator based in NYC who interprets for negotiations, business meetings, and events for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
After receiving her BBA in the US and an MBA in Paris, she held national (US) management roles at Chanel, Lancôme, and Kanebo Cosmetics. In 2016, Sonia launched a French manufacturer’s business in the US and continue to support French businesses as a distributor.
Across her roles as linguist, trainer and business development manager, Sonia is also a brand ambassador for her clients and proudly represents them with professionalism, energy, and nuance.
