This month, we’ve talked about forgiveness, moving forward instead of looking in the past, and letting go of bitterness. All of these topics are important and have something in common…the goal of new beginnings and fresh starts.

Now, we want to challenge you to take that first step on your journey with a fresh start. Take some time this weekend to journal on the different areas where you may be holding onto bitterness or withholding forgiveness and how you want to release it. Examine your relationships with others and yourself and evaluate how you can pursue intentionality in the day-to-day. 

You can even take strips of paper and write down things you want to let go of. Then, burn them and with it, release the hold they may have had on you.
