In this all-inclusive training, you’ll learn how to fully incorporate Safe Conversations into your work and life, earn a certificate of Completion as a Safe Conversations Dialogue Facilitator, and earn a certificate of Completion as a Safe Conversations Workshop Leader. This training is composed of three levels and is a combination of on-demand learning and cohort learning, through which you’ll discover how to facilitate the Safe Conversations dialogues between two or more people and then move on to learn how to host Safe Conversations workshops for groups in your sphere of influence. These immersive courses take approximately a total of 56 hours and are composed of 24 lessons, our expanded email-based 30-Day Zero-Negativity Challenge, and weekly mentoring led by a Safe Conversations Senior Workshop Leader.

There are no quizzes, grading, or assignments to turn in. Instead, you will be provided with the course materials to review and complete at your own pace.

You’ll gain access to our exclusive Safe Conversations Leader Portal, which includes the directory of Trained Safe Conversations Workshop Leaders, as well as many additional training and resource materials.

Prerequisite for training:

• Attendance to a live or on-demand workshop. If you have yet to attend a workshop, please contact Safe Conversations support to be placed into a workshop prior to the June 1 Cohort. You can reach support at [email protected].

What you need to know…

• All Level One training modules must be marked “Complete” to view the Level Two landing page and/or material.
• If you have completed all of Level One and Two training and their cohort meetings, you will then receive cohort registration links for Level Three
• Access to training modules will not be available until 12:00 AM CST on the first day of the designated cohort month you have chosen.
• Cohort attendance is mandatory.

Cohort I Important Dates:

Level One: Be It to Lead It

The course will open on April 1st

Cohort classes will be every Tuesday from 3 pm- 4:30 pm Central Time on April 9th,  16th, 23rd, and 30th.

Level Two: Facilitation

The course will open on June 1st

Cohort  classes will be every Tuesday from 3 pm- 5 pm Central Time on June 4th, 111th,  18th, and 25th.

Level Three: WorkShop Leader

The course will open on August 1st

Cohort  classes will be every other  Saturday  from 10 am- 2 pm Central Time on August 3rd,  17th, September 7th and 21st.

Upon Graduation:

• Receive Certificates of Completion as both a Dialogue Facilitator and a Workshop Leader
• Become a Safe Conversations Workshop Leader
• Exit Interview with Onboarding Mentor
• Invitations to join quarterly Q&A’s with Harville and Helen as well as “Workshop the Workshop” forums
